Policy

In all cases the person purchasing the packages, shall be considered to have accepted Glam and Glow Beauty and Body Services Package Policies. Packages are  non refundable. Meaning – it can't be used refunded to anyone. Client has 12 months from DEC 31st, 2025 to use all sessions or packages will be Null and Void(unusable)

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Spa services packages are made by reservation you will either choose Black Friday Service or us Code given during purchase of Black Friday Sale. We recommend scheduling your services in advance to ensure availability.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We require the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation on all spa packages. Spa service appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeit of day of package session or service(s). *Example if Client has 3 session and Client requests a late Cancellation of session client will only have 2 sessions remaining.

SERVICE TIMES

All appointments will begin and end on your scheduled time. Therefore, arriving late will reduce the timeframe of your service, and for extremely late arrivals may require cancellation of your service entirely. In either case, full charges for the time of your scheduled service(s) will apply or forfeit of CURRENT DAY session.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Missed appointments(NO CALL NO SHOW) will result in forfeit of remaining package sessions or service(s).
